Located in Yanshan, China’s pipeline manufacturing base, Shengji Pipe Fittings Manufacture Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is a comprehensive enterprise integrating production, processing, sales and trade. Main products of the company are steel pipe fittings and concrete pump fittings. The enterprises faces Beijing to the north and Tianjin New Port to the east, and such an advantageous geographic position has helped consolidate the foundation of the company.
The
company current has two medium-frequency elbow pushing lines which are the most
advanced in China, one 2500T hydraulic shaping machine production line, one
medium-frequency pipe bending machine production line, and one forged flange
production line. With its advanced production equipment and sound inspection
apparatus, the company is committed to providing quality elbows, tees, crosses,
reducing pipes, pipe caps, forged flanges and bent pipes of various materials and
specifications to its customers. Upon requests from customers, the company can carry
out designing and manufacturing by different standards, such as GB, GB/T, HGJ, SHJ,
JB, ANSI, ASTM, MSS, JIS and ISO, and its products are widely applied to electricity
industry, oil, chemical engineering, ship-building, medicine making and urban

price and considerate services. The company is a professional manufacturer of
complete sets of concrete pump and pump truck fittings, such as concrete pump
pipelines and fittings (HBT30 40 60 80 100), high/low pressure straight pipes, bent
pipes, reducing pipes, precision cast steel clamps, 3-5m high pressure rubber hoses,
rubber sealing rings, rubber cleaning balls, cleaning poles, cast steel elbows,
alloy high manganese steel elbows, hardened alloy eye boards/cutting rings, S pipe
swaying valves, concrete pump pistons, hydraulic transmission cylinder, sealing
piece kit, rubber nylon pieces, hopper wearing parts. The company uses ultrasonic
frequency heat treatment equipment imported from Germany and 45Mn2 high manganese
alloy pipes. The Rockwell hardness after heat treatment reaches 58-62, thus better
resistance to wearing, and products can serve over 2.5-3 m2. The medium frequency
concrete pump reducing pipe line newly put into use by the company can produce
concrete pump reducing pipes made of wearing resistant materials such as 20, 35 and
J55 steels, and can produce reducing pipes varying from 1m to 3m in length. Products
of the company are mainly used by Zoomlion, Sany, PM, Xugong, Schwing, Fangyuan,
Hainuo, Chutian 85B, Kyokuto and Hyundai. The manual concrete distributor is a new
type of construction machine that’s used together with the concrete transmission
pump, which functions like a mechanical hand that can transfer concrete, quickly and
accurately, to any point of the work surface for continuous casting; therefore, it
can greatly reduce labor intensity and cost while increasing progress and quality.
The most common variety is BLG12-18m and double-bearing distributing pole.Our products
currently are exported to the United States, South Korea, Canada,
